Wendy S McWhorter-Finney

Wendy S McWhorter-Finney is an experienced public speaker and advocate for mental health issues. She co-presented a workshop for the Renfrew Conference and co-developed and presented numerous workshops to local high school and college students. Her inception of the "Body Image Betrayal & Related Issues" website promotes advocacy and education in the areas of eating disorders; sexual, therapeutic, and domestic abuse; and self-inflicted violence. As the successful designer of the"UNBINDING THE BODY BETRAYED" WebRing, she connects eating disorder sites around the Internet. Currently she is a co-facilitator for the Eating Disorders/Obsessive Compulsive Disorders Support group in conjunction with the Licking County Board of Health.
